I had a great experience at 2-Hour Auto Glass in Brooklyn. After my car window was smashed, I called and they were able to fit me in immediately. Joe, Carlos & Keith were professional, helpful, and had the replacement completed in under an hour. Their price was fair compared with other shops I contacted in the neighborhood. I really appreciate the fast, honest service and am happy to support a local small business. I would absolutely return for any future auto-glass work.

Super satisfied with the service I received. I needed my windshield replaced asap, and they took care of it right away. I called other places that needed to order it, but they had it available on the spot at a great price including installation. Within 2 hours or so I got a call to come pick up the car. The guys that worked on it were very nice, and the job was well done. He even tried to help me with a dent I had. Barry in the office was friendly and funny. Despite how busy he was, he helped me when I told him I was traveling and needed help asap. Will definitely recommend their services. Thank you 2 Hour Auto Glass!

My windshield got smashed on the Knicks game night this Saturday and I had no idea what I should do! I went on Google and found this 2 Hour Auto Glass place with really good reviews.So, I called the number on Google Maps and Barry picked up. This was my first time dealing with something like this, so I was completely lost. Barry helped me right away. He called a tow truck for me. The first one was expensive, so he find another company for me and negotiated a better price. He even waited for me past their closing time and kept my car safely in their garage that evening. Luckly, it rain heavily that night. This morning they replaced my windshield super fast and it looks amazing. It’s shiny, clean, dust out all the glass shard. Barry also gave us a cheaper price too! He mentioned that mold damage could add an extra fee, but he said he would only charge it if it was actually necessary. Turns out it wasn’t. No hidden charge or anything! Barry is really helpful, a cool guy, and honestly just a straight up honest person to work with. Really appreciate him and his team. Thank you so much!🤝🏻

They did an amazing job! They were able to source the glass I needed right away. The next day they did the work and even stayed a bit later to do the work since I was stuck at work. The job was done so fast and I even took my truck the same day. The prices was fair and the work was done professionally. I would definitely recommend.
